Account Data and Purposes

VPNRich does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password. An email address is not required to activate the service, and this service does not make collecting a registration email a condition of use. Account credentials are used for authentication, account management and subscription access checks. Do not send passwords or complete subscription links in support tickets.

To provide subscriptions, verify data usage and process orders, this service processes account identifiers, plan status, data usage, order amounts, transaction status and necessary payment verification details. Problem descriptions and attachments that users choose to submit in support tickets are used only to respond, investigate and handle related disputes. Please hide personal information unrelated to your issue before submitting.

What We Do Not Log

VPNRich maintains a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through accelerated connections, save browsing content, visited URLs or DNS query history, or create connection logs that could be used to trace individual browsing activity. It does not combine users’ source addresses, destination addresses and connection times into persistent activity records.

Temporary session states needed to keep a connection running are used only for current communications and are not retained as connection history after the session ends. Account-level data usage and subscription status are used to calculate allowances and do not include access destinations. Website analytics and users’ activity when accessing international websites through network routes are separate matters; the former should not be understood as a record of the latter.

Website Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, browser types and button usage so we can identify site issues and improve content. Analytics are not used to collect panel passwords, payment credentials or subscription content, or to build profiles of users’ website activity through network routes.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions, save login status or store interface preferences. Panel login credentials may be stored in your current browser to verify your identity in subsequent requests. Avoid keeping your login active on shared devices, and sign out when you are finished.

You can use your browser settings to view, restrict or clear this storage. Clearing it may require you to sign in again or choose your interface preferences; blocking necessary storage may prevent some account features from working properly.

Payment Processing and Necessary Disclosures

VPNRich supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment providers. This service receives the transaction identifier, amount and payment result needed to verify an order, and does not ask users to provide their payment account passwords.

Third parties may handle payment information under their own rules, so users should read the relevant provider’s privacy notice before paying. VPNRich does not sell personal information. It shares relevant information only as necessary to deliver the service, verify payments, respond to user requests or meet applicable legal obligations. Unrelated support ticket content is not used for payment verification.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and handle account matters. Order and transaction records are retained as required for reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling and applicable law. Support tickets and website analytics are retained only while needed for their respective purposes. Retention requirements differ by data type; this policy does not set a uniform retention period without a practical basis.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account data. To prevent actions by others, this service verifies that requests are associated with the account. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscription access and after-sales verification. Records that must be retained will have their use restricted and will be deleted or anonymized once the basis for retention no longer applies. Clearing browser storage does not delete a server-side account.

Policy Updates and Questions

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the month at the beginning will be updated. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories or user rights will be announced on the website or panel. Where separate consent is required by law, updating this page does not replace the necessary process.
