Terms of Service
These terms apply to VPNRich network acceleration subscriptions and related client services. Before using the service, please review its scope, account rules, and refund policy. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you have questions, you can contact support through a user panel ticket before deciding whether to start a subscription.
Service Scope
VPNRich provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 90+ countries / 220+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription details are available through the user panel; specific route availability is as shown there.
The service provides network connectivity, but does not provide accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits for third-party websites. You must continue to follow the rules of any destination service you access. Coverage does not mean that routes in every region will always be available, nor does it guarantee access to any particular website.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure, and do not share your subscription link publicly. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or that your account is being used unusually, change your password and request assistance through a ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for the account holder’s own devices. This does not permit reselling or renting out an account, or sharing an account or subscription with others. You may not split routes and offer them to others as a separate service.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire. See package pricing for prices and data allowances, and check the selected billing method and order details before payment.
Lawful Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and of any region involved in your use of the service. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, including network attacks, distributing malicious software, data theft, fraud, or violations of others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.
You may not disrupt route operations, damage the client or account systems, or abuse service resources with automated requests. You are responsible for the content you access, the data you transmit, and your account activity. VPNRich’s no-logs policy does not exempt you from legal responsibilities. Availability and Liability
Actual connection performance depends on your local network, carrier links, destination website policies, and device configuration. Maintenance, route adjustments, or network events beyond our control may interrupt connectivity. VPNRich does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the continuous availability of any particular website or app.
If you experience a problem, first check the client status, refresh your subscription, or switch routes, then submit a description of the issue for troubleshooting. VPNRich will provide assistance within reasonable limits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability required by law; issues with third-party services are handled under their own rules.
Refunds
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the account used for payment and submit the relevant order details and your refund request through a ticket. You do not need to describe a service fault or provide any other reason.
VPNRich will verify the account and order, then communicate with you through the ticket. Do not post passwords, full subscription links, or sensitive payment details in public channels. Once a refund is completed, the subscription benefits provided by the corresponding order will end.
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund arrangements are confirmed through a ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on payment channel processing; these terms do not promise a standard processing time.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For accounts involved in unlawful use, reselling or sharing, system attacks, or ongoing service disruption, VPNRich may restrict connections, suspend subscriptions, or terminate accounts. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may submit an explanation through a ticket and request a review. Such restrictions do not remove any refund or other rights you may have under the law.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the month at the top of the page will be updated. Significant changes to subscription benefits will be announced on the site or in the user panel; necessary notices will not be replaced by silent updates. Changes will not reduce rights you already have under the law. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to ask how it affects your existing subscription.
